CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — The Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) intensified its anti-crime operations, leading to the arrest seven drug suspects in separate buy-bust operations conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of the City San Jose Del Monte and Balagtas.
In a statement on Saturday (March 8), Col. Satur Ediong, Bulacan provincial director, confiscated during the operations were 14 plastic sachets of suspected shabu, with an estimated value of P652,800, along with marked buy-bust money.
The arrested suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for appropriate examination.
Meanwhile, criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) and R.A. 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) in relation to the Omnibus Election Code are now being prepared for filing in court.
