CAMP ALEJO SANTOS — Bulacan police have apprehended a Most Wanted Person (MWP) and lawbreakers in a series of successful operations carried out on Tuesday (May 23).
The Provincial Director of Bulacan PPO, Col. Relly B. Arnedo, commended the diligent efforts of the warrant officers, led by CIDG-Bulacan PFU and Pulilan PS, which resulted in the arrest of the Municipal Level – MWP of Pulilan.
The felon has been identified as Reynaldo Cipriano, a 52-year-old, wanted for the crimes of Swindling (Estafa) and Bouncing Check Law (BP 22) by virtue of warrants issued by RTC Br15, Malolos City, Bulacan, and MTCC Branch 3, Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija.
In parallel operations, law enforcement teams from Marilao, Bocaue, and CIDG-Bulacan PFU made further arrests. These six felons were wanted for various crimes and offenses.
In a separate development, the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of San Miguel, Bocaue, and CSDJM carried out a series of drug sting operations, resulting in the arrest of four drug peddlers.
Arnedo identified the arrested as Raymond Vero from Brgy. Igolot, Bocaue (PNP-PDEA Watchlisted); Lance Bernard Garcia from Sibul, San Miguel (PNP-PDEA Watchlisted); Bryan Agcopra from Biñang 1st, Bocaue; and Rommel Calcellar from Gaya-gaya, CSJDM.
“The operations were a success, leading to the confiscation of 17 sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, and marked money,” Arnedo added.
The Bulacan PNP’s unwavering commitment to combating illegal drugs and pursuing wanted individuals aligns perfectly with the mandate set forth by Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo, Jr., regional director, PRO3.
“Their tireless efforts to maintain law and order have made Bulacan a safer place for its residents. The recent arrests of the Most Wanted Person and the drug peddlers serve as a reminder that the long arm of the law will reach those who engage in criminal activities, no matter how elusive they may seem,” Brig. Gen. Hidalgo said. (UnliNews Online)
