CAMP ALEJO S. SANTOS, Bulacan — Nineteen law offenders were arrested by the Bulacan police for different violations from Thursday (May 25) to Friday (May 26).
Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Provincial Director Bulacan PPO, reported that following Bulacan PNPs intensified police operations against illegal gambling, Pulilan, San Ildefonso and Balagtas operatives arrested ten individuals for illegal gambling activities and will conduct continuous operations against all forms of illegal gambling.
Anti-illegal drugs operations collared three drug peddlers, two of which are included in the PNP drugs watch list, John Lawrence NMN and Jerwin Baniqued were arrested along Pinagpala Dulo Barangay Pantoc while Mark Ronquillo was arrested along Lawa Road Barangay Lawa by the Meycauayan drug enforcement unit on separate buy-bust operations.
“All arrested suspects will be charged with violations of Sections 5 and 11 of RA 9165 for selling and using illegal drugs,” Arnedo said.
Additional six individuals with court-issued warrants of arrest were apprehended on separate manhunt operations conducted by the Sta Maria, Bocaue, San Miguel, Meycauayan, and Guiguinto police stations.
The Bulacan PNP continues to exert relentless efforts in pursuing criminals and locating individuals being sought by the law, in order to present them before the justice system, following the directives of the Regional Director of PRO3 Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. (UnliNews Online)
