CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Police authorities in Central Luzon arrested five most wanted persons (MWP) in different cities and municipalities during separate operations across the region on Wednesday (June 14).
In Nueva Ecija, 3 MWP were apprehended by the cops including one Top 1 MWP City Level in San Jose City.
Through the Interactive Engagement Policing (IEP) program of Police Regional Office 3, police responded to a report from a confidential informant which resulted in the arrest of Felipe Sevilina Marcelo (Top 1 MWP City Level), 60 years old, married, and a resident of Brgy. Sto. Niño 2nd of the said city by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Cynthia Martinez Florendo, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 39, San Jose City, NE for the crime of 3 counts of Rape in Relation to RA 7610 with no recommended bail and 2 counts of Rape by Sexual Assault in Relation to RA 7610 with recommended bail of P200,000.00.
Two most wanted individuals in Guimba were put to jail: Angelo Pecson y Matias, 18 years old, single, student and a resident of Brgy. Sto Cristo for the crime of Rape under Art. 266-A(1), in relation to Art. 266-B of the RPC with no recommended bail, and Yuri Delos Reyes y Dalusong, 19 years old, single, student and a resident of Brgy. Pasong Inchic for the crime of Rape in relation to Art. 266-B of the RPC under Criminal Case number 6684-G with no recommended bail.
On the other hand, Ricky Gonzales y Palma (Tagged as Most Wanted Person, City Level), 43 years old, married, a resident of Sitio Bilad, Brgy. Marcos Village, Mabalacat City, Pampanga was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for Attempted Murder (RPC.248) under P120,000.00 recommended bail for his temporary liberty.
In Paniqui, Tarlac, local police apprehended Eleanor Mangupag y Panaligan (Tagged as Most Wanted Person, Municipal Level), 52 years old, single parent and a resident of Barangay Abogado of the said town for violation of Batas Pambansa Bilang 22 (4 counts) issued by Presiding Judge Flordeliza Mallorca Silao of Metropolitan Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region Branch 59, Mandaluyong City dated May 26, 2023 with recommended bail of P8,000.00.
