This community engagement activity was conducted in partnership with the Provincial Government of Bulacan, the Anti-Kidnapping Group, National Headquarters (NHQ), and the Cagayan Police Provincial Office, 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (2nd PMFC).

The affected areas, namely Brgy. Canayun, Brgy. Libertad, Brgy. San Agustin, and Brgy. Lucban was confronted with the devastating aftermath of both flooding and an earthquake.

Col. Arnedo expressed his heartfelt concern for the people of Abulug, Cagayan, saying, “In times of crisis, it is our duty and privilege as public servants to stand together and offer a helping hand to those in need.

“The collaborative effort involved the distribution of relief goods, emergency supplies, and the provision of medical assistance to those injured during the earthquake.
