CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Ten drug peddlers, five wanted persons, and three law offenders were arrested by Bulacan police in different operations conducted on Tuesday (Nov. 7).
According to the reports submitted to Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Provincial Director of Bulacan PPO, a separate buy-bust operation was conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of the San Jose Del Monte, Meycauayan, Angat, Pandi, Plaridel, and Obando City Police Station, and ten drug peddlers were arrested.
Seized during the operations were thirty-six plastic sachets of suspected shabu with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) of P65,571.00, assorted drug paraphernalia, and buy-bust money.
The arrested suspect and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination. While criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspect is now being prepared for filing in court.
Meanwhile, the tracker team of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, Norzagaray, San Jose Del Monte, Calumpit, and Balagtas City Police Station arrested five (5) wanted persons; they were identified as Jocelyn Chavaria, arrested for Light Threats (RPC ART. 285) in Sitio Hulo, Brgy. Caysio Sta. Maria, Bulacan; Rolly Berces arrested for Attempted Homicide in Brgy. Minuyan, Norzagaray Bulacan; Dexter Belleza arrested for Violence Against Women and their Children (RA 9262) in Brgy. San Rafael V, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan; Rusco Visnar Madla arrested for Bouncing Check Law (BP 22) in Brgy. Balungao, Calumpit Bulacan; and Ogie Polintan arrested for Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Less Serious Physical Injuries and Damage to Property in Brgy. Santol, Balagtas, Bulacan.
The arrested accused are presently under the custody of the arresting unit/station for proper disposition.
Additionally, the authorities of Marilao and Baliwag City Police Station responded to different crime incidents that led to the arrest of three (3) felons. Alias Waldo and Alias Anko were arrested for Robbery in 168, San Lucas St., Rio Vista Subdivision, Sabang, Baliwag City, Bulacan and Alias Anthony arrested for Theft in Looban I, Brgy. Loma de Gato, Marilao, Bulacan.
