BDO Network Bank shares business growth tips on Negosyante Day

SEVERAL micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) learned valuable business tips during Negosyante Day organized by BDO Network Bank at Tacloban Convention Center.

Grocery owners, suppliers, and distributors from various towns in Leyte had the opportunity to ask questions and share their business challenges.

According to BDO Network Bank Vice President and Regional Sales Head, Sonny Agapito, the bank aims to assist MSMEs in gaining additional knowledge and skills to be resourceful in expanding their businesses.

“We understand that business owners are busy, so we personally visit distant towns to provide financial education, one-on-one consultations, and practical tips to help businesses thrive,” Agapito said.

To be more resourceful and manage business effectively, Agapito said MSMEs should be proactive and wise in making decisions while anticipating market changes.

For example, if the prices of essential products for the business are expected to rise in the coming week, it is advisable to purchase stocks now to acquire them at a lower cost.

Additionally, he emphasized that besides obtaining needed items at lower prices, ensuring on-time product delivery to loyal customers is also crucial.

BDO Network Bank offers the Negosyante Loan for those in need of extra funds to proceed with their business plans. Loans of up to Php 1 million are available for expansion, purchasing additional inventory, or acquiring additional equipment and delivery services.
