CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Two individuals were arrested by authorities in Bataan for violation of RA 9165, Friday (May 3) afternoon.
PRO3 Director Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. said that at around 5:30 p.m., joint operatives of Bataan Police Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, Provincial Intelligence Unit and Abucay MPS conducted an anti-illegal drug operation in Brgy. Calaylayan, Abucay, Bataan which led to the apprehension of alias “Eba” and alias “Fred” and seizure of 300 grams of suspected shabu, with standard drug price of P2,040,000.
Appropriate charges against the duo are being prepared for court referral.
Hidalgo emphasized that these series of arrest demonstrate the unwavering dedication of the police to combating illegal drugs and enforcing the rule of law within the communities.
