2024 BUFFEX RIBBON CUTTING

BULACAN Governor Daniel R. Fernando leads the ribbon cutting ceremony of the 2024 Bulacan Food Fair and Exposition (BUFFEX) held at The Pavilion, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan last September 2 and will run until September 6, 2024 as part of the activities in the Singkaban Festival celebration.
